Market Samurai Long Tail Keywords Update

Long Tail Keywords are easy to find using Market Samurai
The recent update will find up to 800 long tail words and display the search volume. You can find great words to use for pages and tags on your site.
Why Long Tail?
As the word gets longer the competition reduces and often the buyer intent increases (due to the targeted nature of the site). People who type longer keyword phrases into Google are more likely to be very interested in a website that serves the same content!
How to use it?
You place your core phrase into the Market Samurai keyword search box and select ‘Google Search’. This feature takes advantage of Google Search based keyword tool to find related groups of key phrases. I did it for this post to make tags relating to “long tail keyword research”. I always use Market Samurai when I make a blog or video post.

Thanks for the vid – I had tried it before, but only worked when you log out of your Gmail/google account, otherwise you aer limited to the urls you have on your Adwords account.

Another great way to find long tails is to enter 4 or 5 phrases, listed one per line, in the google keyword search tool. This will then give you a huge range of combinations.
Also make sure when you post that your title is based around the long tail and as mentioned use tags to make it even more SEO rich.
Excellent video and research is the key to any successful venture.

Thanks folks!
Yes the Google Keyword fishing method of seeing the longh tails in the search bar is an excellent method and I recommend that.
The great thing about Market Samurai is it will suggest other words we may not find in the fishing experiment.

Market Samurai is the BOMB!!! I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s an amazing resource. I’ve also been playing with Traffic Travis for about a month and I’d recommend it too.

Hi James.
Some great points made. I still check the competition though as in some of the markets you are still up against lots of competing pages. Though I have to say I have just found a few nuggests!!! as well.
Thanks for Sharing as usual.

Thank you for the tip. I have Market Samurai, but haven’t thought of using it for my blog posts.
, because then everyone would have it.
Would you be so kind as to tell me where you got the script for your “Sharing Is Caring” thingie at the bottom of your post. I love the way it pops up like that. It’s unique, I’ve only seen it a few times. So I can’t blame you if you don’t say
See ya

@Steve thanks. It is a plugin called Sexybookmarks! I found it from one of my very astute members of SuperFastResults. I know why you like it – I had the same reaction.

Great info. James I noticed in your screen shot of samurai you were using exact match, is their a reason why you would use exact vs. phrase or broad match for tags?

Yes, please send money.
I wonder if Traffic Travis can do things like this better or worse? I’m debating what to go with. I like the idea of targeting longer tail keywords
