Niche Inspector Review

STOP! – edit – Please read the foot note in this post – Niche Inspector is not recommended any longer
Niche Inspector by Myleena Phan is the must have niche tool I have been using for a long time to do my niche research, and it is incredible. Using this tool has reduced my detailed keyword research phase down to just minutes rather than hours.

How Niche Inspector Works
It checks for competition & search volume and offers related terms, all in one desktop application. It gives me the data and I build a new website, a keyword list for PPC or I add a new page using the low competition key phrases in my niche.
Not only that I can set “dig” levels. Once I find my niches I can export the data into Pay-Per-Click ready format to run campaigns. So the data is able to be sorted the way you need. Download your keyword lists easily. Import keyword lists for competition checking. It is all there.
My Niche Experiment
I did a case study test and plugged an obscure word into Niche Inspector and it brought me back a whole list of highy searched for words with little or no competition. I had ten articles written for $50 using those keywords. A few months later, that site now has free traffic from search engines (88.84%) due to the desirability of the content.

The revenue from the site each month is growing, and I have done nothing to promote it or link it or anything at all since the day it was published. (Naturally I used the SEO on-page optimization techniques in my XSP Cheat Sheet). This site will make four figures per year in profits, or I could Flip it right now for cash.
Niche Inspector is the niche tool I use all the time because it is so easy and effective. There is a FREE guide explaining the strategy for niche research available for download at this site:
(Edit: November 2008 – It appears this product has been taken off the market and the author has gone missing owing commissions to affiliates. Clients are unable to use Niche Inspector but there is a very high quality alternative >> HERE)

I’m glad to have found your blog, as I’m having a serious problem.
It’s been a week since I paid for my copy of Niche Inspector at NicheInspector.com and couldn’t download it, and Myleena has not responded to any of my e-mails. She seemed to be such a nice person in her blog.
I’ve just checked the Niche Inspector ‘Buy’ link again, and it now says “We are sorry but this product is no longer available for sale.”
If you can send me a copy of Niche Inspector, I’ll pay you for it gladly. Just e-mail your PayPal payment address and the price you want to me at (EDIT: removed) , please.
Thank you for your help!

Hi Steve,
I’m afraid I can’t send you a copy of Niche Inspector I recommend you try support again or seek help from your payment processor.
I hope Myleena helps you asap because it is a great program. I have just updated the main article with an alternative program I use as well.

NICHE INSPECTOR by MYLEENA PHAN
——————————-
After purchasing Niche Inspector for $127 on 06 November 2008 with PayPal, I have still not heard from Myleena Phan about the non-delivery of the Niche Inspector software. In desperation, I wrote to PayDotCom on 19 Nov. This was their reply:
“Hello.
I’m sorry, but this person has been suspended from PDC for failing to pay thousands of dollars in commissions among other things.
She cannot be reinstated unless she takes care of all outstanding debts (including yours) and she has also not responded back to my efforts to contact her.
Take Care,
Steve

PayDotCom”
So, it seems that the seemingly friendly Myleena Phan has disappeared with my $127 and a lot of other people’s money!
———————————
To all Niche Inspector users,
PLEASE, if there’s any kind soul out there who has the software, I’d be grateful if you’d send it to me at mailbox(at)AbacusData.com, or tell me the Niche Inspector download link (even if you zip your own installation file, put it on your web space, and tell me the URL). THANK YOU! At least then I shan’t have lost my money for nothing.
I am looking for such a tool to complement a product I am developing at http://www.NichSiteCreator.net. My product creates the actual web pages, but it needs a suitable niche-oriented keyword list to feed into it, in order to do so.

Steve,
Have you contacted Paypal and lodged a dispute?

Yes, James, I did that on 12 Nov, and escalated it to a claim on 13 Nov. Myleena Phan has until 23 Nov to respond, but I expect that she’ll be long gone by then.
PayPal does not refund unless they get the money back from Myleena Phan. Some hopes!

Hm If Myleena Phan is reading I wonder if she comment. I am keen to know if commissions will be paid. I hope it is just a glitch.

I bought a copy of Niche Inspector on October 2008, and it works for two months, after that I got the message that says I need to enter my email, which I did, but then another message came and said my email was not in their registered users database and asked to email support@nicheinspector.com for assistance.
I already sent three (3) emails and I got not answer at all,
Anybody knows a phone number or other way to contact Niche Inspector support? or any other idea please email me , thank you,
James

J,
Sorry to hear that. Myleena has gone missing and she owes me commissions (and a working software program).
I hope she pops back up.

Reply to J Vergara’s post…
If you bought Niche Inspector in late October, there may still be time for you to lodge a complaint at PayPal’s Resolution Centre before the 60-day time limit expires. Then you may be able to get your money back. I did.
I’m keeping a news page at http://www.NicheSiteCreator.net/NicheInspector-MyleenaPhan.html, where you can keep track of what’s happening. Her disappearance must have happened a long time ago, because PayDotCom says that she owes $thousands to affiliates. Myleena Phan’s phone numbers and street address are also there.

I bought Niche Inspector last year and was busy with other projects until about two days ago (1/15/09) and I got the same message when I tried to use it. Please enter email, then I enter the email I used to buy it and it says I am not in the database. I am REALLY HACKED OFF!
