Every process needs a check list as well.
For instance I have a list building check list.
I have a daily check list for content creation.
Each of my outsourced team has a check list.
I think this is important because I don’t believe that you should have to think about what you’re going to do today, tomorrow or next week. You need to have already thought about what you will do and focus all of your time and energy on execution to the highest level possible.
