Mindset and personal habits will make or break your outcomes regardless of the business model you choose. For this reason I went to Toronto to visit New York Times Top 10 best selling author Raymond Aaron a world leading success coach.
Success Author
Raymond is an authority in this field. Check out the books he has published:

While we were there I got to meet his amazing support team, share some ideas and learn all about his mentoring program.
He lives the lifestyle he teaches
Raymond Aaron has life designed the exact same way he encourages his students to live. He has a lovely wife, luxury car and a business that allows him to travel. While I was there we went to dinner at the CN tower.
The most effective technique for getting things done…
I insisted Raymond share his top goal achievement tip with you on Video so here is the good information directly from the legend himself:
I encourage you to get more information directly from Raymond

Really liked this video, simple but very, very good idea from Raymond. I’ve studied many goal setting methods never heard of this approach before. I think you made a good choice for the topic James. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Gordon,
The whole concept of having multiple goal targets is great device. I have been using it since I left Raymonds office and it is awesome!

Good effort James. My business partner recommended you and I’ve just seen the video you’ve compiled after seeing your post on twitter. Thankyou for posting the video. Is Raymond on twitter, if so what is his id?

Thanks James,
Good info.
Synchronicity is amazing isn’t it?
One guy said to me yesterday…”Opportunity will never come if you don’t look out for it!” You have to know what you really want.
I have been using a similar method that Raymond mentions in the video.for the last few months & my life has changed dramatically.
I read it in an old book somewhere recently.
Start with what ever it is, as it is now,
Then add something that’s a teensy better,
Then shoot for the stars!
It is reverse engineering.
Kindest Regards,
Mary.
There’s a diet program I used to teach years…no eons ago, it was based on a similar principle & worked very well too.

Another excellent interview with some really great tips on reaching targets. Particularly liked James’ answer to what he does each morning !

James,
I don’t read many other people e-mails, and I really appreciate the quality content you put out, both as an affiliate and also as just being a great contributor. I just wanted to let you know that I sometimes try to visit your blog on my iPhone, and because of the pop up I am most of the time unable to do that without getting on my computer. Just thought I would mention it, thanks again!

This is Unbelievable. It goes to show that simplicity is always the key. I have some massive goals that I have and I’m always asking myself how the hell am I going to achieve them. I am just changing my goals now to reflect this and I feel so much more positive about it because I know I can achieve the minimum each week./month and I know that if I just try a little harder that I can achieve my target and heck If I really push myself Outstanding might even be possible.
Really Appreciate you sharing this, thanks for the killer content

Thanks James fo some awesome content. The way Raymnond breaks down goal setting will really help me achieve my goals
I really hope that all of your readers get a chance to watch/listen to this interview!

Thanks James,
Great stuff, as always! Reminds me of AMP we used to set Base Targets, being the goals we would achieve if we just did the work and had some setbacks, and Stretch Targets that would be if we worked really hard and everything went perfectly when we set goals.

This was such an eye opener- You think you get the goals & abundance thing- but when you frame it like Raymond..!!This will work so well as most people DO set that ‘intimidating& overwhelming’ goal- and then are despondent as they didn’t measure up!
Thanks James.. My Hero!!!!!

James:
I have to say, you really get around. Atlanta on Friday for StomperNet Live and now Toronto. I was suppose to be at StomperNet Live but I had to back out at the last minute. And it killed me not to be there.
I have been watching your rise the past year and I’m incredibly impressed with what you have accomplished. Your success has been very inspiring. I was really looking forward to meeting you and hearing your presentation at the StomperNet Event. I’m sure they loved your stuff.
And thank you for this interview with Raymond Aaron. I watched the video Saturday afternoon and then implemented his MTO Goal Setting strategy for some things I’ve been wanting to get done. And I must say, I had a very productive day.
Now there is only one item left for me to hit my “Target” for today . . . “Purchase Double Digit CTR and Watch Three of The Videos.” (No joke.) Since I was not able to see your presentation at StomperNet, I thought the next best thing would be to learn your ppc strategies via Double Digit CTR.
Have a safe trip back to Australia, James.
All the best,
Jon Poland

I think the advice given by Raymond is spectacular. Not for one moment would I have thought to do it like that.
It gives a whole new perspective on goals and cleaning up my “messes”.
Thank you so much for this audio.

09. Aug, 2009

James,
This interview is the classic example of how all of your readers benefit from you seeking out and travelling to meet these experts.
I am about the MTO like crazy, and if I had a bald tyre in my garage it would be out on the sidewalk already.
Thanks for sharing.

My pleasure!!

James, I just wanted to thank you for all the valuable content you share. I am new to this whole thing and sometimes there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day for me to soak it all in but I’m trying.
Thanks again.
11. Aug, 2009
Brett, if soaking all up seems like a daunting task try:
Minimum: 1 hour
Target: 3 hours
Outrageous: 24 hours
… of course this last one would require having no life and being an insomniac, but nobody ever said outrageous was easy
Many thanks for this James, it comes at a time when life has suddenly started spiralling out of control. MTO will help give me some perspective and grounding.

Hi James,
This is a fantastic interview, thank you so much for sharing. I have seen Raymond present twice now and really loved it, but your interview takes it one step further and gives us something to implement straight away. Going off to re-write some of my goals now!
Thanks so much!

He is a pretty cool dude!
I managed my first Bike ride this week so I am already ‘on target’
21. Aug, 2009
I can’t help but be cheeky James… Raymond is spot on and NOW is a great time for people to reasses where they are at for 2009 and get a plan happening to finish the year on a high (especially if they have attended any of your seminars of late!) How cool would it be to have ALL your students hitting their goals and promoting their successes by Xmas or before!
I do know of such a program or challenge that could help them do that… taught by a pretty cool chick…:-)
21. Aug, 2009
Second Bike ride for the week – wow this stuff works!!
22. Aug, 2009
“Every mess is a lock on the gate that keeps abundance out”. This comment really resonates with, because I for one have a real problem trying to think straight when I’m surrounded by mess. It just clutters up my head. Thanks for this interview James.

Great interview James! Loved it! Will certainly apply this to my goal setting.
01. Oct, 2009
Do you know as I listened to that Video I looked around at my desk and saw just how cluttered it was and immediately cleared it which already has me feeling in greater control of my goals. I was very interested in Raymonds comments re “setting goals for things that you are good at” cause right now my goal is to learn from you James – how to make money on the internet and guess what using the internet is something I am not really good at and struggle with quite a bit. Yet I have shown my committment to this goal by signing up for your course – so what advise can you give me on that please. Especially as I have started your course and am struggling. Thanks. Ana

Hi James
Just found this on your site. Great content. I love the concept about clearing up your mess. Your outerworld is a reflection of your inner world as we all know. What is great as it does not matter where you start. Ironic I cleaned the cars yesterday, tidied up the kitchen cupboards.
Congrats on the 5Kg. Perhaps if my minimum goal was a gym visit once a week I might see some better results!!
Take Care
Denise PS I think I mised you in London are you coming over again?

James! Email me as soon as possible, I know your in Australia or I would have you call me. Email me at (removed for privacy). I have an important question for you.

Great post:)
I got to know Raymond in Super Fast Results forum. A couple of days ago I ordered the book written by him and waiting for it to be delivered together with his incredible journey called “Polar Race”!!!
I can already see incredible results just by virtually surrounding myself with people like Aaron:)
