Imagine discovering a new method of selling Internet Marketing to local businesses where you don’t have to ’sell’ face to face or even over the phone. When I watched the video Kevin Mckillop made I knew it was something special. Two years ago this technique generated me some very handy six figure deals and the technique works better than ever now. I even blog posted about it on this very blog! Somebody was paying attention.
“higher than 60% conversions…”
Kevin Mckillop is a reserved ‘below the radar’ marketer from Canada who is absolutely crushing it in the local business market. Using his stealthy video marketing methods he is achieving higher than 60% conversions at high price points. I discovered what Kevin was doing because we are in a strategy mastermind together.
Clients LOVE this unobtrusive sales method
One client loved Kevins video so much they immediately sacked their current web agent and hired Kevin for $20,000. Listen to the call to discover how the client was thrilled at being approached. Kevin was the hero who came to rescue them from the jaws of failure.
ZERO competition
Very rarely do we get a genuine opportunity to attack a market that is HOT yet has almost no competition. Using Kevins Local Video Methods you can step in front of all other contenders and DOMINATE. The big agencies are asleep on this and right now is the best time to take advantage of this. Local business marketing is THE place to be as all businesses adjust to the ‘web’ and it becomes a ‘100% required’ non negotiable marketing medium.
How To Use Video In Local Business Marketing
The approach is simple:
- locate a good prospective business
- make a personalized ’seo’ marketing critique
- send it to them
- wait until they call you (happens more than 60% of the time)
- complete an agreement
- bank the cheque
- perform the work (HINT: outsource this)
- repeat with next client
How Technical is This?
Can you really do this? Absolutely says Kevin. Nobody needs to struggle again since he has documented all the software you need, the scripts, the approach, the system and the instructional step-by-step videos. The method requires a Mac or PC and some extra software for screen recording. You can do this at home without any fancy pants gear.

Does this program show you what to do once you get the client, as far as contracts, what to charge, seo, etc…?
Thanks, great post.

Jason, this product specifically focuses on the ‘how to make videos’ as a lead gen tool.
Once you buy this you will get a 14 day trial access link for my own forum and inside there are videos for the rest of the stuff INCLUDING my original proposal document and a full webinar with Kyle Tully an expert in that side of it.
The webinar you want to look out for is called “Local Business Formula”. I’ll be selling that as a standalone soon however the full webinar and notes are inside the forum.
Regards,
James

Hey Jason,
The product does not cover the topics of “what happens once you get the client”. There are lots of options when it comes to that because each individual client will be a different unique situation. There is lots of information in Superfast results including the webinar James has mentioned above (was packed with great information from James and Kyle)
I can also recommend Kyle Tully’s Consulting Tycoon, I’m a member there too.
Local Video Method really focuses on the video creation steps in order to get the client.

Steve you will be advised to get Camtasia (You already have powerpoint with Office 2003). Camtasia is an Internet Marketers BEST tool for product creation.

Nice presentation Kevin… looks like a great package you’re offering… for lead generating training. I haven’t seen this niche specific video training anywhere.
I have Screenflow for Mac. it’s amazing software and cheap for what you get.
James… how do peeps get their avatar to show?

Hi Kevin and James,
thanks a lot for your post – it is a great method.
I have a question about the prospects who you send your videos to. There has to be some contact with the potential client before we deliver such video, yes? We cannot just send it to them without permission since it would be spam by the law, right?

I use this method and it works. However, Kevin looks like he has taken the video and really upped it to a professional level which would blow the competition out of the water.

Irma,
I will typically email the prospects using the email address I find on their existing website. I send them a link to their video review which I host on my site. I wouldn’t call it spam, and I don’t think many would. It’s not a mass email, and I don’t send it repeatedly. Nobody has EVERY complained about receiving an email with the videos.
I’ve also gone after businesses that have no site at all. In that case they likely don’t have email either (or I couldn’t find an address anywhere). I actually burned the video as a DVD movie and dropped it off in person. That really impressed them.

Kevin, Thanks a lot for answering my fear question.

Online marketing to business by being informative, personal and standing out from the crowd because you give great information which establishes you as an expert and creates rapport. No- it could never work! What a great looking product.

Great information. I have been learning affiliate marketing for about a year now. I haven’t tried camtasia yet. I have a flip video and was wondering if anyone does reviews about local businesses with just a regular digital camcorder? Do you feel helping local business set up mobile sites would be good?
19. Jun, 2010
Hi Bryce,
I am sure you can use a flip. Putting that before or after the video walk around might add personality and help them feel a connection. Kevins method will appeal to people who are not keen for cold calling and shy on camera
Make sure you install a mobile plugin on client sites so it can be read from portable devices.

Hey James and Kevin – thanks for a great product, I have been into video marketing for a while now and I agree that it’s the best method to get a proposal or message across. Clients have been very impressed! I worked out the same method you did which was to create a page and embed the video on the page and then send the client to the page. cheers Barb
