World Internet Summit

Posted by James in Affiliate, Interview, Lifestyle, Traffic

Australians! Come and visit me on the Gold Coast Australia next month where I will be revealing several of my profit systems for making money online for the World Internet Summit audience.

Why the internet is a GREAT marketing channel for doing business

I like working from home without staff, stock or huge overheads. (Sure the freedom takes a little bit of getting used to after being an employee however it is the only way to go!). Imagine sleeping in, or staying up late whenever you feel like it. No suit and tie…..

There is no real secret, all you need to do is create value!

Due to the high amount of transactions made every day online you can wedge your self in between buyers and seller for commission. If you offer incentives this can help people buy through you. That is just one business of several I know well. Listen to an interview I did with Brett Mcfall recently about World Internet Summit.

At the summit you will learn super important skills such as:

Getting Traffic, SEO, Copywriting, Product Creation and Affiliate Marketing…  Once you can master these you have the opportunity to create a portable business! (I love the travel side of Internet Marketing). In just the last month I have been running my business from Sydney, Diamond Beach, L.A, San Diego, Ensenada, San Felipe, Baltimore and Washington D.C….

When you go to an internet marketing summit you:

-meet potential Joint venture partners
-learn new stuff
-get ideas for profit
-have a chance to win the challenge prize!

Click here to see how you could have a chance to win the World Internet Summit Challenge PRIZE

P.S – Act fast and you can bring a friend for free!

Hi James,

I very much enjoy what you have to say and pay careful attention to you here and on the Warrior Forum. However…

Recently, Andy Henry, on the Warrior Forum, brought to focus for me that the key idea is creating a business — in Lord-of-the-Rings parlance: “one idea to rule them all”. Everything else is secondary, whether its internet or offline marketing tactics, product creation techniques, etc. So, when I saw your statement above, “Why internet is a GREAT business”, it activated my ‘IM is not a business’ filter and surprised me coming from you. There are several odd things about that statement but rather than dissect it I’ll await your reply.

On a separate topic, Your enthusiastic email about Yanik’s conference swept me away but, in the end, I couldn’t see how it had specifically improved your business. I understood that you learned some more IM stuff but my current thinking is that that’s the last thing I need. Can you share any concrete improvements to your business?

Keep the great ideas flowing,

Cheers,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I thought everyone new that the internet is only a marketing channel?

Anyway I have clarified this to avoid confusion. The report available from this blog (called internet marketing speed) mentions that.

Regarding Yaniks event, I did mention it in the email. If you re-read it I mention that I am getting new knowledge from people who are good at what they do.

One guy who spends 200K a day on media traffic gave me some great tips.

Going to these events is about learning new things (we never stop learning) and meeting people to build relationships.

Without going into specifics I made over $150,000 extra in the last six months from deals done at UG4 last year.

This year I have done private deals worth at least $1,5 million dollars over the next 12 months.

I strongly encourage anyone serious about an IM related business to get to an event and mastermind with smart people and suppliers.

There is no substitute for face to face deal making and relationship building,

Regards

James

Hi James,

My perception is that everyone is not crystal clear on the fact that internet marketing is not a business — and not clear from more than one angle.

I took your advice and re-read the original email but found nothing I hadn’t seen the first time. My reading skills are fine and I don’t think I’ve misrepresented what you’ve said or not said.

Your reply says you are “getting new knowledge”. That’s no more specific than your email. I’ve got knowledge coming out my ears. I guess ‘deals’ and ‘media traffic tips’ are as close as I’ll come to understanding what you are trying to say.

I only wanted to see if you were inclined to share anything concrete about how your business has benefited from Yanik’s event. You did bring up the subject after all. I guess I’m showing misdirected frustration at reading other testimonials where people think its enlightening to say ‘its a great book, I think it will help me make more money someday’ rather than ‘ I read the book and did this and this and this and it increased my weekly revenue by 23% within 7 weeks’ — even if ‘this and this and this’ are only described in general terms i.e. not giving away the farm.

I’m fine leaving it here. I’m perceiving now that you were simply excited about the event and wanted to share.

Please feel free to delete my two comments if you find them inappropriate in any way. I think you are a top bloke and don’t want any friction between us.

Cheers,

Steve

I guess you are looking for specifics. If you were here that would not be required ;)

Nobody knows everything right? So we have plenty more to learn from others. You just need to filter things according to what it is you are trying to do at the time. I have filled two books with notes so far after three days.

I said:

“learning from some legends of Internet Marketing.”

An example of this is, I am getting knowledge from people like Jeff Walker about my upcoming product launch. He specifically told me information about timing and delivery of content.

I also spoke with affiliate legend Rosalind Gardiner about affiliate methods. She has strong views regarding list building verses direct linking.

I spoke with traffic legend Jim Lillig about his new CPA network and CPA deal path mechanics. He is a shoppingcart flow expert and a veteran of the industry.

There are people here who have spent millions of dollars and hours to develop best practice for forming associations, marketing on facebook, youtube, twitter etc…

Experts are talking on the subject if forming billion dollar companies, world class market dominating companies and world class copywriting. People like Drayton Bird have awesome content that helps you optimize your results with copy.

“Some of these people have figured out how to stand out from the millions of other marketers and succeed.”

Being unique and differentiation are well covered by experts like Dean Hunt who revealed ways to get massive seo linking results from linkbaiting.

“Already some of the greatest ideas have transferred from them to me”

Self explanatory

I have formed too many joint venture deals to mention here. Launch partners, suppliers for new license arrangements and vertical integration opportunities for special promos.

“If you ever wanted to partner or interview one of these experts this is the place to build the relationship.”

I have arranged interviews and testimonials both with experts and clients of mine.

“Each speaker will give you one or two ideas you can implement immediately”

Self explanatory.

By deals I mean I am gaining access to client lists, new products, closed door opportunities for private labels etc…

I have had numerous travel accommodation offers from other marketers and also advice on how to package my solutions for new markets (by experienced marketers in this niche).

Yes, I am excited.

Regarding:

I only wanted to see if you were inclined to share anything concrete about how your business has benefited from Yanik’s event.

I will give you an example.

Last years event led me to contacts such as Tim Houston, Aymen, Brad Fallon, Yanik Silver, Mike Geary, Eben Pagan, Several underground superstars with private CPA offers and many more.

I was able to access training and projects with these people.

I was able to quit my job, work from home, make heaps more money, learn new things, publish new info products, travel overseas several times and more…

Brad Fallon is my partner in a huge upcoming launch. That is a result of going to UG5 last year.

I am speaking at World Internet Summit because I achieved my dream to create a business that is both fun and profitable. I am ready to teach others.

That was the main point. Get to an event and build your contacts. Learn from the best, make deals with your suppliers and gather new affiliates and JV partners.

Hi James,

Thanks for the extra details. The link-baiting sounds useful as does the solution-packaging.

Thanks may also be in order for annotating your original email to benefit those who didn’t read it as carefully as I did.

By the way, best of luck with your upcoming launch. I don’t know if you saw my brief mention of it on Warrior.

Best regards,

Steve

@Steve,

Thanks for the mention. I is crazy busy now! This year is going to be big.
