Aaron Wall of SEO Book fame is making changes to the distibution model for his highly acclaimed SEO Book. Aaron now perceives the value of ebooks to have started dropping, and he has indicated the field of SEO is getting more complex, with more clients requiring more interaction with him.
This caused a change to the SEO Book business model away from selling a downloadable ebook, and toward selling a web based information product backed by a community forum that effectivly turns turnSEO Book into a service more than a product.
